During LeRoy’s varied career, he has focused on technology and construction. His experience brings a unique and synergistic perspective to his work.
While Operations Manager at DECA, an aviation refurbishment company, LeRoy managed a team of 120 engineers and technicians on large private jet refurbishment projects.
As Vice President of Alphatech, a computer sales company, he built partnerships with Japanese, Taiwanese, and Chinese personal computer manufacturers, and established a nationwide network of computer resellers.
While Business Development Manager for Media Forum International, a software and multimedia production company, LeRoy brought the company from Europe to the USA and developed media production facilities in Los Angeles, Boston and Miami.
As Sales Manager for Electrosonic Systems, an entertainment industry systems integrator, LeRoy opened the Burbank office and was key to its development as a leading West Coast systems integrator with over 30 employees.
As Director of World Associates, a sustainable real estate development company, LeRoy participated in many projects including the development of Yellow Hills Ranch, a 300 home sustainable community and solar electric farm on 4700 acres in Northern New Mexico.
Today, LeRoy is the owner and manager of NewWest Homes, a green pre-fab home builder providing custom designed homes throughout California.
Whether working in operations or sales, LeRoy has demonstrated a proficiency in project management and engineering with extraordinary people skills. LeRoy is acknowledged as an effective problem solver who can build consensus between creative, technical and commercial interests and achieve the desired results in each project. He has considerable experience preparing and presenting complex sales, marketing and financial plans, detailed proposals, and project deliverables.
LeRoy has lived in Switzerland, Nigeria, and Peru and speaks Spanish. He has traveled to 41 countries and worked extensively in Europe, Asia and South America.
LeRoy’s mission is to accelerate the development of sustainable communities. His work with modular construction, mobile infrastructure, renewable energy systems and all of the social, agricultural and financial aspects of regenerative community development are all in support of the great work of building the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible.
